Our History: Welcome
1961 – Reliable Sheet Metal shareholders decided to incorporate the growing business and the company name changed to Reliable Metal Products Inc. The original building was 1024 square feet. To keep pace with growth, employees were added and facilities were expanded until the factory reached 22,596 square feet.
Now a proud member of the Johnson Controls family. Our facility in Geneva Alabama has grown to over 340,000 square feet and features a paint line, anodizing facility, full service sheet metal shop , tool and die shop and produces louvers, grilles, penthouses, equipment screens, sun-control products and more. Reliable is the single largest manufacturer of Architectural PTAC louvers for use in the hospitality industry. The outstanding growth Reliable Architectural Products has experienced can be attributed to the pride, dedication and hard work of the Reliable team.
